Diwali 2025 — the Festival of Lights in Hamburg
An evening of lights, music, dance and Indian food, celebrated together with TCH e.V.
DIG Hamburg e.V. and TCH e.V. warmly invited everyone to celebrate Diwali — the Festival of Lights — together in Hamburg.
The evening brought together lights, music, dance and the flavours of India: a cultural programme performed on stage, followed by a shared Indian dinner. Families, friends and newcomers to the city filled the hall at Tor zur Welt in Wilhelmsburg.
Diwali is celebrated across India as the victory of light over darkness. For our association it has become one of the fixed points of the year — an evening on which the Indian community in Hamburg and everyone interested in India come together in one room.
